His mother and adult son
While riding in an engine responding to a box alarm in 1995, Firefighter Lambert was injured when the apparatus overturned. The raised roof separated from the cab, causing Firefighter Lambert, Firefighter Ronald Deer, and others to be ejected. Firefighter Deer died of his injuries the following day. Firefighter Lambert was severely injured and paralyzed. Other firefighters were also injured. The alarm turned out to be false.
Firefighter Lambert died from complications of those injuries 29 years later.
There is 1 tribute for Firefighter Rodrick Shane Lambert.
Thank you for your service, sir. Rest in peace. Forever a hero.
