Incident

Firefighter Deer was riding in an engine responding to a box alarm. While enroute, the engine overturned. The raised roof separated from the cab causing Firefighter Deer and others to be ejected. Firefighter Deer died of his injuries, other firefighters received minor injuries, and one firefighter, Rodrick Lambert, was paralyzed, and. The alarm turned out to be false. Firefighter Lambert died from complications of his injuries 29 years later.
