Trooper Daniel Roy Barrett

Me and Daniel had only been dating a short while but it didnt take long to get to know the real daniel. He was just him all the time. He wasnt fake and i loved that about him. He always had a smile on his face when he was around me no matter what was going on. He was always there for me when i needed him and was willing to travel 2 hours to valpo just to because he wanted to see me. Daniel you will be greatly missed and i know i'll see you again one day. Love ya babe.

Daniel was surely a hero. I remember meeting Dan when I was in 8th grade. Justin Bault, Daniel, and my sister and I hung out all the time. There wasn't a dull moment believe me. I even dated Daniel a short while in High School. And still stayed friends after. He was one of the greatest people in the world. He LOVED his family and friends. Daniel was the type of person you could count on for anything. Always brought a smile to your face. I will miss him more than ever! Can't wait to see you again. Love You!

Trooper Barrett was a great person and police officer! He also had a heart of gold for any one. He done a great job at the Logansport State Hospital as a SA all though I didn't know Dan that well I know his brother. We all will miss him! Thanks Dan for being our HEROE! GOD BLESS YOU!!
