Michael was full of life and smiles, we had some good times. Every year he would make it his business to find me. Until I learned what had happened. My condolences to his daughter, your dad had a good soul.
His memorial plaque hangs in the front lobby and people are always stopping at it and reading about him and his sacrifice for the people of Louisville/Jefferson County. I have nothing but respect for the Officer I believe he was. We here are all so proud of him and he will never be forgotten.
If there is anyone that could give me any info on my father or his homicide please contact me at 502-712-8682. this has been on my miind heavy and i have been thinking about my dad a lot lately. thx in advance! :-)
This is my father and I was only one month old when he passed. I have heard nothing but good things about my father. I wish he were here with me. I miss him even though I never knew him.
Michael Green was a dedicated law enforcement officer. His demeanor was at all times professional and courteous.
Michael always had a smile for his platoon mates, and was willing to help anyone at any time.
I think of him often, and so should we all.
Officer Green was full of life he enjoyed his Job at Corrections. He was truly a good Officer. I remember his untimely death for us at the Jail, especially the Officers who worked with him. He was liked by his peers.
