Incident
While working uniformed off-duty security at a night club in downtown Louisville, Officer Green assited other officers in ejecting several disorderly subjects from the premises. The subjects later returned and began firing into the club. Officer Green was shot and killed.

The Jefferson County Department of Corrections has been disbanded and absorbed by the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections.

Officer Green was full of life he enjoyed his Job at Corrections. He was truly a good Officer. I remember his untimely death for us at the Jail, especially the Officers who worked with him. He was liked by his peers.
