Incident

On December 22, 1988 Respiratory Therapist Juli Huttegger was aboard the Air Evac Life Team helicopter which was transporting a patient from Marion, Illinois to St. Francis Medical Center. While en route the helicopter crashed near Cape Girardeau, Missouri. RT Juli Huttegger died as a result of the crash as did her crewmate Karen Scherer.
