The Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement has been disbanded and absorbed by the Kentucky State Police in Frankfort, Kentucky.

The Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement previously served a population of approximately 4,314,113.

The Kentucky Division of Commercial Vehicle Enforcement (CVE), commonly known as Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement (KVE), is a statewide law enforcement agency for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

The department, which was a stand alone department until a July 14, 2008 executive order from Governor Steve Beshear, is now a division of the Kentucky State Police (KSP).

The division employs both sworn officers and commercial vehicle inspectors.

The agency also has Officers working with Kentucky State Police Special Operations Division that primarily focus on drug interdiction. The division operates the Commonwealth's system of commercial vehicle weigh stations.
