It is with deepest sympathys and fond memories of wes andi working together with the owingsville police Dept.
Wes was a great man. I knew him my whole life growing up. He had to respond to a call a time or two at residences where I resided. He was great. And he had o e story that he as well as others who served and have passed on lived telli g on me. He will be greatly missed. Condolences for the family.
I grew up knowing Wes as an avid reader. He traded books- mostly westerns, with my Daddy, Arnold Ferrell. He was a good friend to my Daddy, and always had a smile on his face and was always welcome at our table for breakfast which was usually biscuits and gravy, one of his favorites. My Mommy and Daddy loved having him. He was such a wonderful young man who turned into a great public servant who will truly be missed. Rest in peace Sir, you will always be loved.
