God of the strong and the brave,

To Officer Phillip Meacham who died in service to others

You could have simply looked the other way. After all, you were “off duty.” But the sheepdog is never off duty when there are wolves. Now may the Good Shepherd reward you and keep watch over your precious family. May God bless and keep all who were and are dear to you.

I am so sorry about the loss of the gentlemen. I am from PIkeville, KY and we lost a wonderful police officer here on March 13. I pray for his family, friends, & the other officers. God bless all of you . I am so sorry again..my heart breaks for all of you because we know the pain as well.
