I never got the chance to meet Ofcr Denzinger, but I do know his wife on a professional level and can't even begin to imagine what she is going through. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of his family and friends, and especially to Tara and their daughter. God Bless You All..

May God be with the family and friends of this hero. Just a few years ago here in Gibson County we lost two officers in the line of duty and we know the pain you are feeling right now. Just remember that things will get better and we will all remember Frank for what he gave to protect his community and we will never forget Officer Frank Denzinger. Pray for all officers of Floyd County this will take a great toll on all felllow officers of Frank.

To the family of Frank Denzinger, Words can not describe the loss of Frank. Frank always greeted me with a smile and always inquired about my family. I loved working with Frank and he will always be with me as I continue doing the job we both love. Frank and I would meet in Georgetown to discuss different topics while we were working. Frank often spoke of his wife and daughter. Our children were close in age, so we would swap humerous stories about them. It was very clear that Frank deeply loved being a husband, father and police officer. Sincerely, Officer Todd Stinson

Our heartfelt condolences to Officer Denzinger's wife and daughter. Please know that our son considered your husband/father as his best friend and valued his unwaivering support during his tenure as a Floyd County police officer. They always got together for dinner with others on the force when my son came home for a visit and have kept in touch by phone and email. Please know that Frank's friendship, dedication, and heroism will never be forgotten. We will keep you both in our prayers and will be forever grateful to Frank for his kindness to our son.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Denzinger family, Floyd County Sheriff's Department, and anyone touched by this tragedy. I know it may not bring much comfort and it will not replace Frank, but he died a HERO and someone to be proud of. Heaven has another angel.
