To Frank,and Family.

It was an Honor, to work side by side with you when you worked in the corrections dept. We shared laughs, jokes, and alot of great times. I was happy when you made it on the road as an officer. You deserved it. It seem like yesterday when I called you on Sunday to wish you Happy Fathers Day, only to leave a message on your cellphone. You are truly a great friend and a great deputy. At the funeral I had permission from your parents and Tara, to honor your person with my "Good Conduct Medal" that I received while I was in the military. As your Mother and Father attach it to your chest, it was an honor to give it to you. You are a true "HERO" and will be deeply missed by all.

Your a Fallen Angel, rest in peace my friend.

Our prayers are with you and your family. May you always have the knowledge that those that are left behind will take care of you. No greater gift than to take care of the loved ones that our HEROES leave behind.

Frank, while I was riding in your funeral procession saturday I was listening to the Indiana State Police on my 800 as they were talking back and forth between the patrol cars on the ground and the helicopter in the air monitoring the traffic. I heard them several times refer to you as "the hero". Saying things like "the hero has exiting the ramp....". I am sure that you don't consider yourself a hero. But I want you to know that there were hundreds of people standing in the pouring rain for one last chance to show you respect. You are a hero to them (citizens) and to us (your brothers in uniform). You will never be forgotten.
