Who wanted to protect others and be a good citizen

and concerned , for upholding the law.

What can you say to the man that gave it all? Thank you brother! You are a true hero! God bless you and your family.

My heart goes out to the family of this great man. We will be praying and thinking of you. Please know this has touched the hearts of many and we will never forget. (((HUGS))) to the family and friends of Officer Ellis. May God aid you in finding peace and help bring the person responsible to justice.

My heart is hurting because one of my fellow Brothers of the badge is gone. My prayers are with your family. I pray that the "Wolves" who did this will be apprehended, tried and punished. Brother Ellis, you may be gone but certainly not forgotten. Your legacy/heroism will live on. Prayers and Blessings to your family and love ones.

Many thoughts and prayers are being sent up for Officer Ellis' family and Police family. Deepest sympathy for everyone's loss.

Thank you for your service. We feel safer knowing that people like Officer Jason Ellis have served and protected our community. God be with those who are grieving his loss. We are praying for you. May God grant you peace that passes understanding. Officer Ellis's legacy will long live in Bardstown.

It is with heavy heart that I write this note. My thoughts are with the family of Officer Jason Ellis, on his tragic death.

My son, Officer Frank Denzinger was killed on June 18th, 2007, while answering a domestic dispute call. No words can adequately express the deep sorrow we felt on that day. Our life was changed forever. But, saying that, we miss Frank every moment of every day, as you will miss Jason.

With God's help, you CAN make it through this horrendous time. God bless you all.
