Thank you for your service. My thoughts and prayers go out to family and friends left behind.

You will never be forgotten and we will honor you by continuing our oath. Thank you for your service brother and I will be praying for your family.

As a survivor of a fallen Deputy Sheriff, I know no words will heal your sorrow. Find comfort in knowing your loved one served with our Nations Finest, and will continue to watch over you until you are once again together.

Godspeed, brother. We have the watch now.

May you soar with the Eagles. RIP Officer Ellis. May your family, friends and co-workers find comfort knowing you are in God's loving arms. My prayers are with you all. You may be gone but you will never be forgotten.

Our thoughts and prayers are with this officers family. We are so sorry for this tragic incident. He is a Hero to all residents in our town. We didn't know him personally, but still consider him a friend. Our deepest sympathy goes out to his family.

My heart breaks for Jason's family. My prayers are constant for their healing and comfort. Their sacrifice is far too much for us to ask And so we must help them every way we can.

My heart and prayers go out to the family, friends co-workers and all those affected by this tragic loss. This loss touches so....so many. Every single day these men and women step into a role that puts them in harms way, from the police, fire and EMS personnel, even the hospital staff never know when violence is going to errupt. I only pray that peace, grace and safety rains down upon each and no one else has to endure this again. May justice come swiftly...
