Thank you for everything you done for our community. Putting your life on the line every single day. God speed friend and may god bless your family. You will be greatly missed.
Rest in Peace Officer Ellis. Amy my heart breaks for you and your sons. May God be with you, give you strength & peace and bless you.
Our hearts pour out to all those who are left behind. Officer Ellis was a brave man and wore the badge of honor with pride. He always served in the most courteous and professional manner and was respected by all. This was a senseless act of crime but God has a reason for all that is done. We will have to wait for the reason to surface, but know in the meantime that so many people are praying for the loved ones and remember that "God shall only take the best", and he was one of the best.
My heart just breaks for the Ellis family, I hope and pray that you all will soon get closer on why, please keep those two young boys safe and in your heart and prayers everyday, our small town will never be the same with out officer Ellis
Just came across this, and my heart breaks for your family.... Sending prayers and healing energy for your family during this time. I just turned 33 and have been with my husband for 15 years (7 married).... I would miss everything too! Thank you for his services to the community, I am sure he touched more lives than you will ever know. Please, Take Care.
My prayers go out to the family of Officer Ellis. My heart is heavy with sadness that another brother has fallen. May God wrap you in his peace.
I pray for Ellis family and friends as they go through this unspeakable event. I can only think of Jason going home and his Dad welcoming him with open arms saying "Well Done Son"
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Ellis family and the Bardstown Police Department as they deal with this horrible and senseless loss. May you find comfort in knowing that you are supported by a large law enforcement family throughout Kentucky and beyond that grieves with you.
Still in disbelief something of this nature could happen. Jason was a good man. Truly honored to know him. Our prayers go out to him and his family.
Prayers for the Ellis family and the Bardstown P.D.
