I recently ran into the son of your killer. He seemed like a pretty good kid. His mother talked to me about it and he understands that his dad did an incredibly horrible thing.

I KNEW GREG FOR MANY YEARS AND CONSIDER HIM A VERY CLOSE FRIEND. ALL OF HIS LIFE HE HELPED OTHERS AND WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY TO BE A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.IT IS JUST A SHAME THAT THE PENAL SYSTEM DID NOT DO ITS JOB AND GREG WOULD STILL BE ALIVE.

Dad,I never imagined what life would be like without you. I still miss you so much. I think about you everyday. I feel sad a lot of times because I feel like you are missing out on so much. I know you are watching over us because I can feel you! Please know that I love you very much, and I am so proud of you!!
