Know that your loved one will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. I pray that you will find comfort in knowing that he died doing what he loved. Place your faith in the Lord and remember the things about Bryan that made you smile.
Ofc Durman-Thank you for the greatest gift you could give to us all- your life for our safety and freedom. Rest in peace with the Lord and all our fallen heroes. To the family, friends, and co-workers of this brave young man- May God grant you peace and comfort as you continue life without Bryan. To all- May God keep you safe.
I am so very sorry for your loss. I will keep you in my prayers. I'm so thankful for Officer Durman's service.
Durman,
You leave with us a legacy that every Officer should follow. A dedicated husband, father, friend and patrolman that defined the word "Honor." I consider myself one of the luckiest people around to have trained with you in the academy and been in your presence on the street while we chased down bad guys. Durman, you have redefined what it means to honor my family, friends, community, and my job. I love you brother and will miss you all the days of my life. To honor you forever, I will tatoo the word "HONOR" on my back to leave your mark on my life. Love and Respect, Officer T. Fritz #46604
To the family and friends and co-workers of Officer Bryan J. Durman my thoughts and prayers go out to you all from me and my family for your lost.

On behalf of the men and women of the Louisville Division of Fire, please accept our condolences to Officer Durman's family and the family that comprises the Lexington-Fayette Division of Police. Godspeed!
May God Bless this agency in their time of need. Make my brothers strong and speed their recovery and healing in this time of loss. May God Bless the family of Officer Durman and let his son know that his dad is a true American Hero that has paid the ultimate price for freedom.
My thoughts and prayers are with the Durman family. Only GOD can help you through something like this. October 31, 2006 changed my life forever. That was the day a close friend and fellow officer David Whitson was shot and killed protecting the people of Bowling Green. I received a video of his tribute and still can't watch it. I am very sorry for your loss. GOD BLESS
Our prayers are with you and your wonderful family.
I did not know you. You gave the ultimately
sacrifice. God will take care of everything. Brian,
thank you for taking care of us.
