Terry
I remember long ago when Buechel got their paid employees and You were one. I was just on the Ladies Auxiliary. I remember that I could not have the satisfaction of helping the public with the Auxiliary so I joined the Fire Department. I have 5 wonderful years of memories there at Buechel. Even though many years have past, the time I had on the department was one of my favorites and I know that it was yours also. The fire department family is still there and with the love of the department they will help Barb, Krista, and Kara. They will be taken care of.
Barb, Please lean on the Lord and Buechel and they will get you and the girls through this.
Terry has served his community well with a long history and dedication in fire and medical services in his community, like so many others who have fallen before him, he has gone on to serve in the next phase of life with our heavenly father, the Cannon family is in our thoughts and prayers.
We have truly lost a wonderful friend, brother and person. Terry always had a hugh smile to greet you. To his friends and family members, many heart filled prayers during this difficult time. Please know that Terry will live on in my heart and all those that knew and loved him. I was honored to have know him and volunteer beside him.
To Major Terry Cannon , his family and to the members of the Buechel Fire Protection District our thoughts and prayers go out to you during this time of sorrow. We were very fortunate to get to know Terry over the past few years. He was an outstanding instructor and we always appreciated Terry making the drive to Bedford more than he could ever know. You always came away learning something new.We will miss him dearly!
We are very sad to hear that we have lost a Brother fellow firefighter. Although we are not close in distance we are all close in the family and we share your loss. We will keep the Family and the department in our thoughts and prayers. Please except our condolences from the Belfry Fire Department.
We only met Terry one time when he came to our department to teach a class on behalf of the state. What a nice and likeable man he was. We are thinking about his family and his Buechel Fire Dept. family at this time.
I had the honor of attending some of Major Cannon's Fire Inspection training classes as well as going to college with his daughter Krista. Major Cannon led a life of duty and service to his community, and will never be forgotten by those who loved and respected this great man.
God Speed,
Greg
Terry,
I have known you for about 9 years now and have to say that you are the reason that I started as a firefighter and grew to be an EMT, then a paramedic. You and your family have been another family to me and you have been just like a father to me. I miss you so very deeply and reality is surreal. You were an angel on this earth and served your family and community well. I know that God needs you back he will give us the strength to live on. Thank you for everything!
May God grant peace and comfort to the family, friends and co-workers of Major Cannon. The community, along with all who loved him, have suffered a great loss with his passing.
Terry, words cannot express how much you will be missed. You always had a kind smile and warm hug for me even if it had been long since our last sighting. All events will not be the same without you there, but I know you will be with us in spirit. Much love and sorrow to your family here. May you have peace in heaven. You deserve it! Miss you TC =)
