Incident
During his shift, Captain Day was found unconscious at the bottom of the pole slide. It was believed that while upstairs, Captain Day heard a noise. When he went to the pole to investigate, he lost his hold and fell to the floor below. Captain Day was transported to Union Hospital where he later died.
