Incident
Officer Berry was attempting to stop a speeding vehicle when his motorcycle hit another vehicle that threw him 93-foot killing him.
The suspect he was chasing was never apprehended. Charges of failing to yield to an emergency vehicle were place on the driver of the vehicle he collided with.

The Indianapolis Police Department has been disbanded and absorbed by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
