Incident
Officer Donald Kilbourne was pursuing a traffic violator when his motorcycle ran into the driver\'s side door of another vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle claimed he had stopped at a traffic light and was proceeding on when he was unable to stop in time to prevent the collision. Officer Kilbourne\'s emergency lights were on at the time of the incident.
Officer Kilbourne died from his injuries 3 days later. There were no charges filed.
