Incident
As he worked on the roof at a residential fire, Firefighter Bahlinger came in contact with a live power line. The shock caused him to fall approximately 20 feet to the ground, resulting in a severe head injury. He died while being transported to St. Joseph Hospital. Firefighter Bahlinger was a member of Engine Co. 3.
