While assisting a stranded semi driver on Interstate-69 northbound near mile marker 247, Corporal Reynolds was struck by a passing semi and suffered fatal injuries. The incident occurred at approximately 3:45 a.m.
Corporal Reynolds was a U.S. Army National Guard veteran.
