Trooper Burman was assisting the Camden Town Marshal with the apprehension of a disorderly, elderly male when the subject produced a .30-.30 rifle and began firing. The bullet penetrated Trooper Burman's vest.
The suspect died of a heart attack while being disarmed by the Marshal.
