Incident

Chief's Aide Harry Charlton was killed when the buggy he was driving collided with a train at First and A St. while responding to an alarm. Charlton survived the collision along with the D.C. yelling out to the Captain if he was all right. The horse pinned under the buggy kicking to free himself struck Charlton in the head.
