Incident

FF McGrath was severely injured in a wall collapse at the Bamberger & Bloom fire. He died two years later as a result of his injuries. This is the collapse that took the life of five other fire fighters.

This occurred at Fire Alarm Box 48 known as the "Fatal 48".
