Incident
While responding to an alarm, Firefighter Henry was severely injured when the engine that he was riding tailboard on skidded into a telephone pole at Eighth Street and Lydia Avenue. He was transported to St. Joseph Hospital where he died three days later.
Firefighter Henry was assigned to Station #5.
