Incident
Firefighter Lowe died from severe trauma that he sustained after he fell from a ladder while working at the scene of a fire at Eighth and Saint Charles Streets. According to witnesses, Firefighter Lowe was operating a hose at the top of the ladder when he was overcome by smoke.
