Incident
Firefighter Hade was assigned as the driver of a fuel wagon operating at a fire at the Rhodes-Burford Furniture Company located at 414-416 North Broadway. As he was approaching an engine to refuel it, he toppled over on his seat. He was taken to City Dispensary where he later died.
