John Tennyson was my maternal Grandmother's younger brother. He was killed before I was born, but I grew up hearing his story from my Grandmother. I have the detective magazine that featured the story of his death and the scrap book my Grandmother made. My Grandmother never stopped missing him, but she was proud that he gave his life protecting and serving others. May he rest in peace.
