Deputy Jason Webb was shot and killed by a man seeking revenge for being arrested the previous day for possession of illegal whiskey.
Deputy Webb was working in his barn when the man confronted him. The man opened fire on him as he stepped out of the barn.
Deputy Webb had served with the agency for only 11 months. He was survived by his wife and two children.
