Greenfield Fire Territory

Greenfield Fire Territory began operations November 17, 1894 as the Greenfield Fire Department, the City of Greenfield and Center Township entered into an agreement in 2008 creating the Greenfield Fire Territory which encompasses and area of 52 square miles as the primary response area. The Greenfield Fire Territory has a Class 3/3X ISO Rating.

The Greenfield Fire Territory provides fire protection, emergency medical services, hazardous materials response, technical rescue and fire prevention services to the City of Greenfield and Center Township in Hancock County.
